After surviving a two-year battle with cancer and living with an auto immune disease, including a near-death experience, I have transformed my life and now I am thriving! I credit this remarkable transformation to my deep spiritual practice, which has allowed me to connect with my life’s purpose of healing people while spreading love and kindness.

Throughout the years I have been collecting all the things i need to help me heal through my journey, from loving myself to learning about Ayurveda. Ayurveda has taught me the true understanding of our purpose, understand our bodies and minds, and how to understand our soul purpose and journey.

I provide integrative care and complementary therapies that promote optimal health and stress management. My unique approach is tailored to the individual and may combine yoga, meditation, diet, lifestyle, herbal remedies, massage therapy, dance, and fitness

My travels have taken me around the world seeking a career path in the avenue of alternative medicine. I began my studies in the western medicine field but quickly realized I valued more of a preventative disease approach within my own life and saw the benefits of also teaching others these practices. In my adventures I attended a yoga teacher training in Rishikesh, India. The course spoke to me with the appeal of having a primary focus in Naturopathic Medicinal study and emotional blockage healing. During this quest I was introduced deeper into Ayurveda, along with yoga, and my results with the practices were profound and personally enriching. I immediately knew I wanted to pursue a dharma of teaching others how to integrate this form of ancient wisdom in their own lives, guiding them to be the happiest, healthiest versions of themselves.

I have attended the California College of Ayurveda since 2019 and I am now working as an Ayurvedic Health Counselor Intern as a step in my journey on becoming an Ayurvedic Doctor. I am currently seeking new patients and I am enthusiastic about helping you!

My name is Daniela Caballero and I’m excited to be partaking in the CCA Ayurvedic Health Counselor Internship. After losing my job due to Covid19 in 2020, I decided to take the opportunity to study holistic nutrition. As I researched my options, I came across Ayurveda. Little did I know it would change my life forever. All throughout my life I played competitive sports and have enjoyed outdoor leisure activities such as hiking and running. In 2019 I completed my first triathlon (half ironman) which was a true testament to my commitment to sports throughout the years. This active lifestyle fueled my intentions to study holistic nutrition as I began experiencing pain, fatigue, and brain fog.

As I sought to seek the root of my symptoms, I realized I didn’t have an awareness of how to nurture my body through food and mindful movement as well as recovery which was impacting my quality of life. Through Ayurveda I am on a journey to recondition my mind and body for a more sustainable lifestyle. I still face challenges nonetheless, but I am grateful to have the supportive tools to navigate through them.

Diagnosed with Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis at the age of 8, I learned at a young age that staying in bed, in pain, was not how I wanted to live. I enrolled in Shorin Ryu Karate-Do and became dedicated to the practice, teachings and overall sense of well being it brought me; I was honoured to received the rank of Shodan, first-degree Black Belt, in 2010. It was on travels of organic farming where I was learning to cook from Holistic Nutritionists and where I was first exposed to yoga. When Ayurveda was presented into my life after these experiences everything just clicked-all the puzzle pieces of pain management, increasing energy levels, and building immunity were logically, scientifically and profoundly put together. The results of implementing an Ayurvedic lifestyle has been incredible. I have been studying Ayurveda formally with the California College of Ayurveda since 2016 and am currently completing the Ayurvedic Health Counsellor Internship. I am passionate about working with others to apply the science of self-study to bring them holistic health.

If you have been reading a little about myself, and my journey, it is because you have found yourself taking an interest in healing on your own journey! The Healing Your Life Workshop is a 6 week sensory therapy workshop and is a profoundly educative and fun way to begin incorporating Ayurveda into your life.

If you are also interested in working with an Ayurvedic Health Counsellor Intern one on one. I am taking consultations online via Zoom. Together we will determine your constitution and any states of imbalances. A personalized treatment plan with  be made for you, and you will guided along every step of the journey.

Infinite blessings,

Chloe Chaput

With a background in Critical Care Nursing, Jonna has seen the amazing ways the body can heal itself. As her nursing career progressed, moving into a nurse practitioner degree wasn’t the right fit. She had found a love for yoga, aromatherapy, brewing kombucha and learning modalities to heal naturally and holistically.

When Jonna was introduced to Ayurveda, she knew it was what her Soul had been searching for: a way to treat and prevent disease naturally with an individualized approach. The idea of treating from the root of the issue vs. “giving a pill for an ill” just made the most sense.

Jonna, now an Ayurvedic Health Counselor Intern, and Founder of Rekindled Wellness, LLC is ready to share her knowledge and teach her clients how much control they have over their health! She can’t wait to celebrate the small wins with her clients as well as support them on their healing journey!
